Good morning. Last AAU basketball weekend for Youssouf for the seasons so I’m secretly a bit happy to have some free weekends. Just a couple of items:

Texas Tech released episode 1 of The Brand, which is a series put on by the athletic department on TexasTech.TV. I can never get this to work in Chrome, but can get it to work in Firefox.

Texas Tech received a commitment from Braylan McDonald, a 3-star 6’0″ and 175 pound safety from Lancaster. Recruiting profiles: Rivals | 24/7 Sports | On3. McDonald had previously been committed to Washington State in June and then changed that decision in about a month. The same thing happened with a recruit that switched from Texas Tech and then flipped to Baylor this past week. Red Raider Sports’ Jarrett Ramirez spoke with McDonald about his commitment.
