Happy Leap Year Day!
Texas Tech Basketball
When I wrote yesterday’s post-game thoughts, I hadn’t even seen a second of highlights or lowlights, which included the video of Brock Cunningham maliciously attempting to injure Darrion Williams, driving Williams into the scorers table. Cunningham is an entitled and selfish rick with a “p” and when you intentionally try to injure another player, you are not a good human. I don’t need to go out on a limb to write that I hope that Texas Tech is healthy and the Red Raiders get the Longhorns in the Big 12 Tournament. I also had not seen the video of Tony Bradford literally lifting that student who had lost his sh!t up and out of the arena.
The Lady Raiders are in a real funk, losing to TCU 73-52 last night. They will take on Kansas State for senior night and that will also be a really tough game for the Lady Raiders to win.

Everything Lubbock was the first that I saw that reported that Texas Tech freshman recievier Micah Hudson will miss spring practice while recovering from a procedure to his knee from his Lake Belton playing days. Hudson should be ready for the season opener.
Yahoo Sports’ Ross Dellenger writes that the SEC and the Big Ten are proposing a new 14-team model so that the Big Ten and SEC get 3 auto-bids and the ACC and Big 12 get 2 auto-bids. The Big Ten and the SEC can go straight to hell.
