Texas Tech baseball dropped 2 of 3 at West Virginia over the weekend. The Red Raiders won on Friday night, but was blown out in game 2 17-2 and lost yesterday 5-3. Texas Tech will host Kansas Thursday through Saturday as the Final Big 12 series of the year.
The men’s golf team will be the No. 1 seed in the Norman Regional, 54 holes of stroke play starting on Monday morning. Top 5 teams advance to the NCAA Championships. I am a bit surprised/shocked that you can’t find this on TV or streaming, but you can follow here for live results.
Would you like to scratch your head and wonder about something this morning? CBS Sports’ Tom Fornelli ranks the top 10 quarterbacks and Texas’ Quinn Ewers is 3rd. I’m not at all advocating that Tyler Shough be included on this list, but including Ewers is a choice. I will say that Florida State’s Jordan Travis is a ton of fun to watch. If you haven’t watched him, check him out in the fall.
