Texas Tech (2-4, 1-4 in Big 12) next travels to TCU (2-3, 2-3) at 2:30 p.m. today with the hopes of putting last week’s debacle behind. The game will be televised on FS1.

One would have thought that by playing at home, the Red Raiders might have had their chances to make it a more competitive game. But with OU playing its best game of the season and Tech playing arguably its worst, that was the end result.

It was also obvious that the point where both the OU and Tech programs are at, that was not a good matchup for the Red Raiders as OU is bigger, faster and stronger and that is a fact. In only Wells’ second year at the helm, this is not a quick fix with some of what he inherited whether some people want to accept it or not.
