Last year for Klein, Tharp caught 30 passes for 523 yards and 12 touchdowns (Jed Castles had 9 touchdowns last year and you sort of think that they want that additional red zone threat?). And that offer list is pretty darned impressive.
Holy cow, what a fluid long athlete. Long legs and long strides, not quick twitch, but that doesn’t seem to matter, because he gets open and does that even in traffic and loved seeing him make catches in traffic and over the middle where he knew he was going to get hurt. The blocking needs a bit of work, he engages with his nands at his body rather than extending his arms, but that’s a strength issue and will fix itself over time. Defensive backs cannot keep up with him and at times doesn’t make sense, but he does it.
