If heaven exists, what would you like God to say when you arrive at the pearly gates? James Lipton, was the host of Inside the Actors Studio, died at the age of 93. Lipton was pretty terrific and that question bolded above was his last question he asked his guests. It’s a great question, one that you could ask your family today (although it is slightly morbid, it doesn’t make it a bad question). Via Variety:
Lipton, also an actor, writer, lyricist and dancer, was considered by some to be an obsequious interviewer of the celebrities who were guests on βInside the Actors Studio,β as a 2002 article in the Philadelphia Inquirer made clear, and Lipton and the show were parodied by Will Ferrell on βSaturday Night Live.β Those who criticized him, however, may have been confused about his mission: He was not a crusading journalist seeking to pry secrets from celebrities about their transgressions but an acting teacher interested in drawing from the performers he interviewed information about their acting techniques and experiences for the benefit of the students assembled and secondarily for the television audience.

Texas Tech 3, LSU 0. I knew about this, but I mean a three-nil win over LSU. Hell yeah! #SellTheDamnKits

1-4. So the ladies were at the Judi Garman Classic this past weekend in Fullerton, California. The ladies werent 1-4 over the weekend, with the only win over Grand Canyon. The losses were to LSU (6-5), Cal-State Fullerton (1-0), BYU (7-5), and Michigan (8-2). The parenthetical are the scores. I feel like that the ladies are playing a tougher schedule, but I’ve got nothing to back that up. The ladies will be back at home this weekend where they will host Delaware State, Fairleigh Dickinson, and Marist for the Jeannine McHaney Memorial Classic. After that, they’ll be in Hawaii for a tournament!
We finished the day on a high note.

17-10, 6-10. That’s the record thus far with Texas Tech’s senior day, which is Brittany Brewer, set for Wednesday, and then a final game against Oklahoma in Norman. The Big 12 record is 6-10 and they only won 14 games all year, 14-17, and went 4-14 in conference.
The Lady Raiders clutched up and picked up an 87-83 win over TCU on Sunday afternoon for their first ranked win in three years!

Healthy. Avalanche-Journal’s Don Williams recaps the players who are currently rehabbing and it’s not a terribly long list.
- WR Seth Collins: limited
- OL Jack Anderson: individual & non-contact drills
- LB Brandon Bouyer-Randle: individual & non-contact drills
- DE Eli Howard: limited for first first half of spring
- DE Gilbert Ibeneme: healthy
- IR Sterling Galban: healthy
- DT John Scott, III: start after spring break
Williams also notes that freshman WR JaLynn Polk has bulked up 16 pounds, 180 to 196, WR T.J. Vasher is up to 216, and OL Trevor Robertson is down from 370 to 350.
