Amongst the thousands of life lessons found throughout Peanuts, I believe there is one that stands out amongst the rest: At the end of the day, you can either be disappointed, or you can be dancing, but you cannot be disappointed while you’re dancing. So take your pick.
To begin to explain this, I have to go back and start at the beginning of me and Peanuts. The beginning is often a good place to start.
I was born into a family that was already very into Schulz. I’m sure there are many of these types of families. You’re probably from one, or maybe you will start one, or maybe you wish you were from one. In which case, feel free to join mine! Each of my parents is one of seven children, I am the youngest of four. There are so many cousins, we wouldn’t notice or question your presence at the family reunion.

During her trip, Wade-Warren had the chance to sit down with Texas Tech coach Marlene Stollings.
“I have a great size, and I am versatile,” Wade-Warren said about what the coaches told her. “They said that I could become a great player one day.”
Wade-Warren was named to the All-West Tennessee first team last year after averaging 18.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.0 blocks. McNairy Central went 13-15 last season.
She also played a key role on the volleyball team that reached the Region 7-AA semifinals for the first time in program history.

Andre Emmett Murder Suspects Arrested. Via Fort Worth Star Telegram, Keith Johnson was injail on unrelated charges and Michael Lucky turned himself into police and have been charged with capital murder for the death of Andre Emmett, who was shot on September 23rd in Dallas.

A year ago Texas Tech lost four starters from its Elite Eight team, plugged the holes with transfers and program guys and made the 2019 title game. That’s why no one is doubting the Red Raiders this season. If Beard can get the same kind of contributions from transfers Clarke and Holyfield as he did from Matt Mooney and Tariq Owens — and if Ramsey adapts quickly — there’s no reason Texas Tech can’t contend in the Big 12 once again.
