Via the AP, Texas Tech is ranked #13 in the Associated Press preseason poll, with Kansas ranked #3, and Baylor checking in at #16. As always, if you would like to see how each voter voted, College Poll Tracker tracks each voter and Texas Tech was voted as high as #5 by Matt McCoy and was left off by Luke DeCock. Habitual non-believer Seth Davis of the Athletic had Texas Tech at #21.

Also KenPom released his computer rankings and the the numbers have Texas Tech at #15, Kansas at #10, and Baylor at #13. One of my favorite sites, T-Rank, has run his preseason numbers and his computer model has Kansas at #3, Baylor at #18, Texas Tech at #24, and Texas at #25 (with Oklahoma just outside the top 25 at #28).
