Tired. I’m working on 4 hours of sleep, but that blowout win against TCU was totally worth it.

We’re the only team in the top-5 that didn’t move after the nation’s most competitive meet this past weekend.

New Commit. RedRaiderSports tweeted yesterday that 6’9″ Russian forward Andrei Savrasov committed to Texas Tech yesterday and is actually on campus and will be eligible in 2019-20. Savrasov averaged 16 points and 9 boards last year for Zenit-2 where he shot 41% from the field, 24% from the three-point line, and 68% from the free throw line. Other than these stats, I don’t know anything about him and I’ve looked for video, but haven’t found any. So I’d love to throw up a commitment post, but I don’t have a clue what I’d write because I don’t know anything else. I’ll be interested to see what the official site posts about Savrasov.

Unsigned Players. InsideTheRedRaiders’ Jarret Johnson has 10 unsigned players that Texas Tech could sign in the upcoming signing day. I think I now hate the December signing day as this February signing day is anti-climatic and not as much fun as it used to be. Still, there’s a lot of intrigue with who Wells & Co. will sign because there’s so much unknown.
