| Expert Commentary: | I’m a little bit surprised about the spread, but Texas has kept games close recently and just sort of grinding out either wins (against Iowa State) or losses (against Oklahoma). The Cowboys have been on a roll since they lost to TCU. The Texas offense hasn’t been very good, but the defense has. I don’t think the defense is going to be able to stop Oklahoma State enough and although it would seem that Texas would keep it close at home, I’ll take the Cowboys here. |

| Expert Commentary: | Don’t look now, but Kansas State is struggling, particularly on offense, where the Wildcats without Ertz are simply just not very good right now. Having to face a high-powered offense like Oklahoma despite the defense being pretty good is most likely just not going to be enough. The media and fans give Bill Snyder a ton of credit, and they should, but I think he has some serious doubts about his team. I’ll take the Sooners here. |

| Expert Commentary: | This could be one of those weird games because it’s Baylor’s homecoming and maybe the Bears are starting to get their feet underneath them a bit. As bad as West Virginia looked for three quarters, they turned it on for one and that was more than enough to beat Texas Tech. I’m going to take Baylor and those points despite my thinking that West Virginia should win by 20 against Baylor. |

| Expert Commentary: | Ahh yes, the primetime game of the week, two of the best teams matching up against each other on national television should be nothing but good times for the entire country to see how great the Jayhawks have been all year. I don’t know why this game is picked as the game of the week when there are others that would seem to be more impressive, particularly OSU vs. UT or two teams with winning records in Texas Tech and Iowa State, but whatever. I’ll take TCU despite the 38 point spread. That’s a ton of points, but TCU will have no problem pouring it on at home and they can blow that dumb horn all night while no one watches this game (as an aside, I don’t blame TCU for folks not watching this game, it’s really FOX who picked this up who is to blame). |
