There’s so much good stuff here from men’s head coach Chris Beard as he sits down for breakfast with all six of his seniors. Beard impresses upon the seniors that they are fighting time and they have to have twice the day that they are having in Ft. Worth and Stillwater.

Beard’s biggest point is that at the end of the year, he wants each player to look at each other an say that they’ve got no regrets. Terrific stuff.
