Week one, game one… we made it to September. We didn’t get season tickets this year, so I’ll be at the house firing up the smoker at around noon to put on a pork butt and some country style beef ribs. My wife found the beef in the sale bin. I’ve never cooked that before, so I am open to all suggestions. Maybe just marinate it a bit in some soy sauce, season it, and throw it on? I read somewhere online where a guy made burnt ends out of one. That could be interesting, and I’m sure it would pair well with Woodford.
Anyway, where was I?
