Chris Beard landed a big fish today as former 4-star shooting guard, Brandone Francis-Ramirez (6-5/205), will transfer to Texas Tech. Francis-Ramirez originally signed with Florida out of high school, redshirted his freshman year and then played as a sophomore under a new coach as Billy Donovan took the Oklahoma City position.
As a student I will be full time @texastech 📚 and as a basketball athlete I will be playing full time for @texastechmbb 🏀 #WreckEm !!!!!

Francis-Ramirez will have to sit out this next year, but will have two years of eligibility remaining. Francis-Ramirez is a combo guard that can handle the ball really well and has terrific court vision.
