The NCAA college baseball selection committee is happening (right now if you’re looking at this around 11:00 am CST) and they have just announced that Texas Tech is the #5 National Seed, which means that Texas Tech will host both a regional and super-regional.

Texas Tech had found out yesterday that they would host a regional, at the very least, and it is incredibly good news that this team will host a super regional as well, which means that if Texas Tech gets past the regional round, they’ll have home field advantage until the College World Series.
Along with Texas Tech in the first regional is No. 2 Dallas Baptist, No. 3 New Mexico and No. 4 Fairfield. The entire bracket can be found at the NCAA College Baseball site.
