Cadlwell Commits. Via, the LAJ’s Bryan Navarette, Desiree Caldwell, a 5’6″ shooting guard who is the daughter of Texas Tech assistant, Ray Caldwell. Desiree was the 6A Newcomer of the Year at Frenship averaging 14.7 points a game.
Baseball
That’s a Sweep. Texas Tech made it look easy as the Red Raiders won on Sunday, 6-3, sweeping the Kansas Jayhawks. There’s one Big 12 series remaining, at home against West Virginia this next weekend in two weekends. In the meantime, Texas Tech has a mid-week game in Abilene tomorrow at 6:30 pm.
