Coach Talks Pipkins. Wreck’Em 24/7’s Daniel Paulling talked with the person training Ondre Pipkins this summer, Kevin Perry, and they discussed where Pipkins is in terms of his weight and what he needs to work on as well the type of person:

Q: What’s Ondre like as a person?
A: I love the kid. Very respectful — yes, sir, no sir. When it comes to the weight room, he doesn’t play around. Straight work, serious face. He walks in, he’s ready to go, no complaints at all. Texas Tech is getting a great kid, great personality, great role model. All he wants to do is come, go to work and grind and play football.
