Recruiting never stops (even if I take the night off) which means that Texas Tech and Kliff Kingsbury added commitments #16 and #17 last night as Mandeville, Louisiana linebacker Johnathan Picone (6-2/211) and Keller, Texas defensive end Houston Miller (6-4/227) commit to the Red Raiders.
