2016 wide receiver Antoine Cox-Wesley from Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas.  Cox-Wesley is 6-3/170 and he has no offers and doesn’t appear to have any additional interest at all.  Steele is the high school where Mike Jinks coached before arriving at Texas Tech, so there’s a connection there.  You can see a post-game interview of Cox-Wesley and he did finish 2nd in the long-jump at regionals with a jump of 22 2-3/4.
