DeSoto cornerback Neiman Armstrong has committed to Texas Tech. Texas Tech offered on April 17th and as you can see here, committed a couple of weeks later. Armstrong played for Carter last year before transferring to DeSoto. Armstrong has pretty good size for a cornerback, 6-0/175, and played cornerback and receiver for Carter last year.
